Goal of the event:
People who join the project 'karanlikta diyalog' ( Dialogue in the darkness) might be scared of the thought of an completely dark World. After getting the Chance to put oneself in the position of blind people they will realize how important and helpful it is to join this project. To be emphatic is the responsibility of our society whether it is just an experiment the effort to try it is really significant and shows humanity. The partipicants will join the one and a half our long parcours together with blind people to discover the World of their point of view and emphasize how they have to challenge everyday different obstacles.
Short description of the event:
Dialogue in the Dark is a totally dark atmosphere ,created by the visually impaired guides to experience different layers of life, that provide people with thinking on issues such as communiciation, listening and otherization. The atmosphere meets with people in Turkey for the first time. Local people of Istanbul experience the places such as Taksim Square, Gezi Park, Historical Taksim Tram, Airport, that they pass through during their daily life but this time, differently, in a total darkness. As a plus, this project provides many visually impaired people with job opportunities. Dialogue in the Dark is a platform created to raise awareness for empathy, discrimination and discovery of senses starting from the early ages. In the platform, blindness is used as a metaphor and all the roles are changed: seers get the place of the visually impaired ones and they see the different layers of life from the eyes of visually impaired guides.

They demanded that we should bring our friends who can dance with them because the children love to dance.When we go back we will fulfill these requests
